How to Installing Bestops on Jeeps

Things you'll need:

* Screwdriver
* Star-head tip set

1. Open the two front doors and lower the sun visors on the windshield.

2. Lift the top onto the Jeep and slide it into position. Two people are needed to lift the top into position.

3. Press the clamp brackets into the holes on the windshield and clamp the brackets closed. This will secure the Bestop to the windshield.

4. Install the mounting bolts through the hardtop into the Jeep body. Thread the nuts onto the bolts and tighten them down with a screwdriver and a star-head tip. There are a total of six bolts, three on each side above the rear wheels.

5. Press the connector located on the back of the Jeep into the connection on the hardtop. This connector is for the defrost and windshield wiper on the back window of the hardtop.
